1) Toolkit:
- Conducts analysis about the current needs of the target groups focusing on the exploitation of the potential of use of Gamification for elderly people;
- Conducts analysis on advantages and disadvantages ICT based usages for elderly people, usability and accessibility of the ICT based methods, highlighting those actions to be implemented;
- Make an overview of digital skills for elderly people;
- Addressing strategies for under-represented groups;
- Examine the opportunities of using game based learning by elderly people;
- Create various options for use of digital skills programmes for adults;
- Make sample digital skills roadmaps for elderly people;
- Translate the Toolkit in national language.

- Desk research & needs analysis;
- Online survey to determine the current level of community engagement;

- Writing a document containing policy recommendation regarding how to increase the level of community engagement of Adult Education.
